Can anyone tell me why all of a suddent my tool bars in Roxio 2011 Pro has changed to symbols that look like little squares? As well as the lables under each icon when I open the application. Thanks

Something broke… 
Do the Prep Steps to the letter!
Then start the install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.
That should put it back in order, let us know
