Maximum Frame Rate Supported In Editor?

I am shooting sports videos at 720p/60fps. My camera produces MP4 files. Can Roxio Video Lab HD edit videos at this resolution at this frame-rate? Will the files have to be converted to MPEG2 first, as with some competing products? Thanks
