I have some video that was shot vertically by a novice video shooter. I am pretty sure I can realign it to horizontal in Creator 2010, but can't figure how to do it. Any suggestions?

Creator 2011 and Creator 2012 allow you to actually rotate the video without going through the process in the link that Malatekid posted.
