I have a Gateway, about a year old, just bought Roxio to use to copy DVD's for everyone from a large family reunion and installed, now when trying to run it I get the message: "The following codec needs to be activated : mpeg-2". After clicking ok, the program says "No permission - bad installation".
HELP!!
