After I burn a DVD to be played on a dvd player, the playback has some drop outs that last a fraction of a second. Any ideas how to fix this?

Add an extra fraction of a second as a blank frame?
Let the interrogation begin:
1) What program did you use to create the DVD?
2) What program did you use to burn the DVD?
3) What type of media is the DVD (AVI, WMV, etc...)?
4) Have you tried playing it on your computer's DVD Player?
5) Have you tried creating an ISO and previewing it?
My opinions expressed are not those of roxio.
