The message "Insufficient Video Resources"  appears when trying to use either of them.  My PC works fine with all other video applications and has the resources necessary to operate this program.  No help from Roxio for 4 days!  Has anyone else experienced this trouble and been able to clear it.  I have removed and reinstalled the program and have the current drivers installed.

'necessary resources' don't tell us anything.

What graphics do you have (model and GRAM), how much RAM, CPU speed?

What desktop resolution are you running? Have you updated the drivers?

We need a bit more information really
