I got roxio 11 installed. My OS is window 7. I ran roxio and copied cd image to hard drive.
Then I use burn disk image feature. I can see the image file that I saved but roxio keep indicating that no drive detected. I could not burn at all.
I change to use disk copy but got same no drive detect issue.
Help. This is supposed to be simple
Thanks
Chanh

What program do you actually have? You are posting in EMC 10 (which is not compatible with Windows 7) but you state you have Roxio 11. There is no such program as Roxio 1! or do you mean you have Roxio Creator 2011. Please be specific in naming the program so that your post can be placed in the correct forum.
