This is really frustrating, I've had to restart editing from scratch three times now.  If I want to scroll through a clip in Videowave and I make the mistake of dragging the bar past the edge of the window, I either have to wait for the viewer to catch up (which can take a while if it's a long movie) or if I'm unlucky it reaches the end of the movie and just hangs.  No escape, no way to interrupt or halt, I just have to wait and hope it doesn't hang.  New machine with 16G memory, Windows 7, AMD A8 3850...  How about a patch, guys?

The problem is your video card! You can try updating the Drivers & Software -

Video Driver Updates for AMD ATI & NVIDIA:

AMD
NVIDIA

But if you only have a 'Video Chip' you may have to replace it with a Video Card to eliminate this
