I'm a Roxio Creator pro 2011 SP1 user and I can't manage to hear the audio output during the video reproduction in CinePlayer. The apps recognize correctly my audio card but the audio doesn't come out.
My OS is Windows 7 ultimate, and my audio card (integrated in MB) is VIA High Definition Audio.
What can I do?

With CinePlayer running, click on your Speaker in the Tray.
Then double click the Mixer:
Make sure CinePlayer is not muted and the volume level is up.
Then double click the Mixer:
