The first thing to do is to provide more information -- for example what did you change/update/install that wasn't on your computer before.  When did you last do maintenance on your coputer (delete junk files, defrag, etc.)   Ar eyou running from your system drive or are your resources on a external drive? Acttually, you should answer these questions if you are serious about getting help.

Tell us what happened

The more data you give us, the better. The Community's ability to resolve your issue is dependent on being able to understand not just an error code, but what contributed to your project.

  • Error code or issue:
  • What kind of project were you working on:
  • What kinds of files were you using and where did you get them?
  • Did you complete your project or did it stop at a certain point in the process?
  • Have you ever successfully completed the task that you are contacting us about?
  • Did you make any changes to your computer recently? (new applications, updates, etc) If so, what?

1. Place the installation disc in a drive choose the repair option when it is offered.

You will need to apply Creator 2010 Service Pack 2 and the Web Video Capture Patch again

2. Download Creator 2010 Service Pack 2 (18.7 MB)

Once the patch is downloaded, unzip it to your Desktop. Make sure Creator 2010 isn't running, then double click on the roxiocreator2010sp2.exe file to install it and reboot your computer once completed.

3. Update Creator 2010 – Web Video Capture Patch

For existing Creator 2010 users only

    * Creator 2010 Web Video Capture Patch does not offer any new features.
    * You must own a valid copy of the full, retail version of Creator 2010 with Service Pack 2 installed.
