I am unable to open the create DVD. I get the error code: "Unable to load skin". Is there anything I can do other than reinstall to solve this problem? I have already uninstalled and the then reinstalled and continue to get the same error code. I have run the repair option in Windows 7 with no luck. Is there any way to change the file extension so I can use this with another program?
