[Cincygal]

I'm having trouble opening part of Creator 2011 and can't figure out what the problem is.  I have tried to repair it, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.  After the latest reinstall, I open the main program and can get to other functions....with the exception of the EDIT VIDEO-ADVANCED.  When I click on that, it just sits there and won't open.  I'm running Win 7.  I'm also not a computer guru, so bear that in mind if you can help me.  I'm about ready to pull my hair out with this, so any help is appreciated.  Thanks!
