I decided to burn a CD/DVD rescue disc from EaseUS todo Backup version 1.1 program using Roxio, and this action has failed several times. My operating system is WIN7 64 bits. What should I do make it work.
Please, I need help.

[1] What sort of file [.img, .iso, etc] are you trying to burn to the disc?
[2] Which version of the Roxio suites do you have? [name and version number?]
[3] What application in the suite are you using, or if you don't know the program name, what menu item are you selecting?
[4] What error message(s) show when this action fails?
[5] Which operating system are you using?
[6] What is the model number of your burner drive?
