Greetings,
Upon booting my new Dell Alienware computer I get the following message:
RoxWatchTray120EM.exe
The program cant start because layoutDll12OEM.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I opened the Roxio software and used help - check for updates but there are no updates needed for my system.
Any suggestions?

Did you install a Roxio program or did it come with the computer? If you installed it, what was the version? That error looks like you have a OEM piece of software. If so, support comes fromn Dell.
I ask because sometimes people neglect to tell us some details and end up posting in the wrong section of the forum. I apologize if I'm wrong.

This seems to be a issue after installing Roxio 10
I have a Easy fix, that should work for all windows
If you are using any version before Win Vista or 7 click start Then RUN and follow the step 2 - 4
Vista & Windows 7 users Click Start button
2.type MSconfig
3.right click it select run as administrator
4.Select the startup tab and un check CommonSDK
Restart your computer and it should be gone.
