Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 Suite

I am having an issue here

for update to sp2 of creator 2010
when I try to run this it says creator 2010 not found
I am running 2010 of easy media creator suite and retail and registered whats up?

It is unclear what program you have and what you are trying to update.
There is no such program as "2010 of easy media creator suite". There is a Easy Media Creator 10 and the Roxio Creator 2010 and those are completely different versions several years apart

In the subject line you list Easy Media Creator 10 and in your post your are talking about an update for Roxio Creator 2010. Obviously you cannot update EMC 10 with  the SP2 update for Roxio Creator 2010.


Please clarify what program you have.

The update is for Creator 2010 (internal version number 12) and you have EMC 10 (internal version number 10)

Also Easy Media Creator 10 will NOT run under Windows 7. Read this.   There is no update to make that happen.  You would have to upgrade.

And, as sknis said, EMC 10 is not compatible with Win 7.
