Problems Transferring Shows From My Tivo

I just bought a MacBook Air and was having a lot of trouble with Popcorn 3.  I upgraded to Popcorn 4 but cannot get my shows to transfer from my tivo.  It says it is starting but then changes to a yellow check mark and says "waiting" forever.  I tried roxio support to no avail.  He had me reinstall the software which didn't work.  Then he had me look for a bunch of files in my library that were not there and then do an empty secure trash.  I am beyond frustrated since I had to also buy a super drive in order to install popcorn 4 and now it is not working.  Can anyone help?

I'm presuming you've updated to Popcorn 4.0.2. I suggest powering off the TiVo and restarting it. You might also do the same for your router.
