Disk 1 seemed to install ok.  It would have been nice if someone had thought to include instructions for disk 2, or had even thought to include a message at the end of disk 1 install to insert disk 2 AND GIVE US SOME VAGUE IDEA WHAT WAS ON DISK 2!!!

While trying to install sonicfire, received message to insert disk 1.  Did so, disk 1 was not recognized.  Message kept telling me to insert disk 1.  Tried reseating disk in tray and went all the way out and tried install again.  Same result.  Do I send product back?

Disk 2 is 3rd party applications that we bundle with Creator. You do not need to install disk 2 for Creator to run.

That being said it sounds like problems reading from disc 2. The SonicFire installer is actually asking for Disk 2.

What happens when you try to run setup.exe from SONICFIRE_522\Sonicfire folder?

I have the same problem with Disc 2. It asks for disk 1 and that does not work. I left Disc 2 in and it still asks for Disk 1. (The discs are labeled "Disc" but it asks for "Disk")
I tried using windows explorer and launched from the sonic folder and got the same results (Asks for Disk 1).

Try copying the disc contents to a folder on your hard drive and run setup.exe from there

It sounds by the way that someone doesn't know the convention that disC is used for optical media and disK is magnetic ;)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

This worked for me.
