Lets verify what Roxio product you have. You posted in the Creator 2009 forum yet you say you have MyDVD 9 (which is it) look at this site http://www.roxio.com/enu/upgrade_center/default.html?rTrack=m_pro_upgrade and see if yours is on there. Then if required we can move this post to the correct forum.

You have a Dell OEM version ......ALL support for OEM versions come from the supplier of the oem version (in your case Dell). You could go on the Dell forum and see if any other users have a similar
problem.
PS
I removed your serial number from your original post.
You could try this http://kb.roxio.com/...86CR&PARAMS= .
The above link is for the FULL retail version of the program (which you don't have) that came out in 2006ish.....you could give it a try as your OEM version is not working anyway.

Your othger option would be to buy the program on eBay or amazon (amazon actually have EMC10 at $12.49 which is cheaper than EMC9 at $39.25

If that doesn't work, you'll have to go to Dell. We cannot help you here.

Does Windows see your burner? Does the Roxio program see your burner? Has the disc already been used?
