If you get error "Must Activate MPEG-2 Codecs"-"No Permission Bad Install"
do the following:
Uninstall all Roxio components.
Download and install "Windows Installer Clean Up" file name "msicuu.exe".
Use "Windows Installer Clean Up" to uninstall all left-over Roxio components.
Disable internet connection.
Disable antivirus.
Disable firewall.
Reinstall EMC 10 file name "RoxioEasyMediaCreator10.1_FA80AA50R13.exe"
Run program and close.
Then install "UM_100B51f_C10_20Lang.exe" update.
Enable antivirus and firewall and re-connect to internet.
