Sp2 For Creator 2010 Didn't Fix Options Box Crash

I installed Creator 2010 SP2 by following directions and closing the Options box still crashes.

A bit more info please - Operating System, the error you get (and any codes), CPU, RAM, what version of Internet Explorer and so on would help.

I've heard that a few times on the board.

I never experienced the options button crash ever, not on the initial install or after installing SP1!

If your up to it I would try a clean uninstall of all Roxio products,

Then use this (Preparing your computer for installing Roxio products)

Then reinstall C2010 only and reapply SP2 and the video capture patch.

I wouldn't go to all this work unless you follow the directions to the 'T' and I can't guarantee it with fix the bug on your PC.
