Hi
I purchased Creator 2010 Pro in 2009 and at the time was not aware of the Contents file to download .
Support tell me that being a legacy product that they cannot assist. Not impressed.
Could anyone point me in the right direction to download this file please.
I have just downloaded and installed SP2.
Thanks
Brian

No one here can help.  We are not Roxio and do not have access to their files. You can always try e-bay.   Posted Image

You are dissing Roxio for an error that you made in 2009?  And, you just found out about it, 2 years later?  Did you ever use the product after you purchased it?

Thanks for reply, can do without sarcasm.
Yes, have used it and always been disappointed in few styles.
Having made valid purchase I would expect to still be able to download files at later date.
Never mind.

No sarcasm was intended.  I see that Du is going to help you out, so you will be able to download the file.  You will be pleasantly  surprised at the number of styles you get with the Content download.

And, once you get it downloaded, burn the file to a DVD for safe keeping.

There may be 3 downloads since you have the Pro version.  The program, the contents and the "extras". Im not sure though.

Hi Guys
Successfully downloaded the Contents and Extras files and installed ok.
There are certainly a lot of extra styles available now.
This has fired up my enthusiasm to create my own style now.
I had a programme for Sonic MyDVD to create styles but I believe the styles are constructed differently in Creator 10?
I will hunt through the Forum for info.
Thanks Du for your help and everyone else too.
Brian
PS I have burned the files to DVD...good idea GrandPa Bruce..

With "styles" are you talking about different menus?  This is for an earlier version but it should work for you also.   If so , read/watch this (link)
