RoxWizard Launcher Module has stopped working. I chose the option "look online for a solution". Then I get a window; runtime error Program:...iles\Roxio shared\12.0\shared com\roxwizard launcher 12.exe R6025 -pure virtual function call. Anyone have any idea what this means. My computer is checked every 3 months. That company tells me it has nothing to do with my computer and is something within Roxio. I really hate that I have used Roxio all these years and now the problems are so bad that I have basically quit using it all together. I have put quite a bit of money into the Roxio product due to the fact that I was very pleased with the first 5 years of use. However I feel I have wasted my money on the upgrades since 2008 since I have really not even used the software due to the extreme frustration. Would like to see if maybe I can get some answers and be able to use the Roxio program before shopping for another software. Thank you for any advice.

You had posted in the C2012 forum which you do not have so I assume someone moved your topic to the correct forum which is C2010. So I don't understand whatyou mean by "frustration"

You have a more basic problem Easy Media Creator 10 is NOT COMPATIBLE with W7. Some of it may run for a while but in the end it will fail.

Hello sknis!
But is it possible to use EMC10 with W7 with some type of "Windows XP" mode? Or with similar thing?
