According to this article, that's supposed to be a "full feature" version of the product. Since it's an OEM supplied version, I suggest contacting the drive manufacturer to see if they can help you out or supply a list of the features that are supposed to be available.

My suggestion still applies. Contact Samsung (manuf apparently of your drive), or the place you purchased it from to see what features are supposed to be available.

Interesting, in the US that OEM usually ships with versions of Nero on it. Did you buy it from a local vendor?
I just installed that same drive on my computer.
