I'm following the tutorial on creating audiobooks. When I click on the music/audio tab, there's supposed to be a selection for Creating Audiobooks under "Edit and Transfer," but it isn't there. The rest of the selections match the screen capture in the directions. How to I reach this option?

That may be... The Guru's here have never actually had the Special Edition to play with so we are a little in the dark - moreso than usual
Looking at the 'Specs' on one site, I do not see AudioBooks mentioned. On the other hand, it isn't mentioned anywhere on my Pro box either
Still if you don't have the shortcut for it in your interface, that is pretty convincing that it is not included in the Special Edition

Dang. Yes, that topic is in the Learning Center. The pdf instructions are the very ones I'm trying to follow. I'll go see if I can upgrade to Pro with a download.

Dear Jim,
If you work for Roxio, can you get me an answer as to whether I need pro and how to upgrade? On the web site, there's not an option to upgrade from Special edition to Pro edition. I need this feature.
Thanks in advance.

I do not work for Roxio!
But I can closely predict the outcome
The Creator 2012 SE is a Retail Only version, Roxio has never sold it through direct sales. That means they cannot give you a refund ~ they sold it for Wholesale and you would be expecting full Retail credit...
Most stores will not refund an opened box of software and you would no longer have the Roxio Video Capture USB Device...
STILL, give Sales a call because they might be able to cook up a good deal at this time of year
