I am having some issues getting this program to install on my system. I have windows 7 enterprise x64 sp1, fully patched and drivers up to date. When installing, the installer hangs at .net 3.5.1 then rolls back. In the log, I find:
12/19/11 20:26:03 -    Action InstallActions.DOTNETFX_351.INSTALLDOTNETFX35_FUL failed with exit code 5100.
12/19/11 20:26:03 - Installation failed with error code 5100
12/19/11 20:26:03 - Rolling back installation
12/19/11 20:26:03 - Caught cancelation exception while running install actions
12/19/11 20:26:03 - Updating install progress: 8 / 13, Preparing to roll back...
12/19/11 20:26:03 - Updating rollback progress: 8 / 13, Preparing to roll back...
12/19/11 20:26:03 - Updating rollback progress: 8 / 13, Rolling back Microsoft .Net v3.5 SP1

Roxio email support has not been very helpful.... just pointing me to the same thing over and over (patching, drivers, etc).
Anyone have any ideas

Thanks for the response. When I try that, I get: You must use "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
I have attached the install log file

I dont think Windows 7 Enterprise is a server operating system. It is just an enterprise version of 7 for desktops. I havent had any issues with other Roxio products in the past such as the cd creator product. I dont have it installed any more so I cant remember the name of it. If Enterprise is not supported, it would have been really nice of Roxio support to point that out when I opened a ticket. Anyhow, thanks for your help.

Roxio email support has not been very helpful.... just pointing me to the same thing over and over (patching, drivers, etc).

With his PC skills I doubt he missed a email sitting in his spam folder.
