I have captured the Vhs movie on a dvd can I get it to play as a movie in a DVD player some how or do I need another software to do this

At the end of the capture you're asked to either send it to Toast (where you can have Toast make it into a video DVD), save as a QuickTime video or import to iMovie. That latter two convert the video to MPEG 4 which is best for playing on a computer or editing. If you want to make a video DVD you can also drag the .mpg video that was captured to the Toast 9 Basic application that is bundled with the Easy VHS to DVD for Mac. Choose the DVD video setting in Toast's Video window and follow the instructions in Toast Help on how to prepare your DVD's menu. There's an update available to Toast 9 Basic on Roxio's software updates page.
