Hi there --
I am running Roxio Creator Business DVD 10 on a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system. There are a series of videos located on a Kingston Data Traveler 16GB encrypted USB drive that I would like to burn to DVD media. Unfortunately, when I try to do the burning with any of the files via the MyDVD utility, I get an error message indicating the file cannot be edited, and was not added to the project. This occurred whether I tried to access the drives from the USB drive, or had copied them to the local hard drive of the workstation.
This same process was attempted on another workstation that is running Windows XP Professional 32-bit, and there the burning was completed without issue. What would prevent my being able to burn the videos to DVD on the Windows 7 system? Thanks.

Roxio Creator Business DVD 10 is a cut-down OEM version of EMC 10 which is probably not compatible with Win 7....check with the supplier of your OEM version. The full Roxio retail EMC 10 isn't.
