Can Roxio Capture Card Work With Wii?

I Have set up the component cables etc..but no signal to TV.

I'm not sure about the Wii hardware but are you sure that it's a Component cable coiming out?
Can you see a picture on your PC?
Are you sure that the TV is set to the correct input?

If the answer to all those is yes then I'd check the cable going from the device to the TV first.
Try another to make sure it's good.

Sounds like u mixed up the blue and green cables.
