I have a number of Commercially produced Art Instruction Tapes that I wish to convert to CD. They are several years old now and I don't want to lose them.
Will I have a problem converting them. i.e will they be blocked to copying

Maybe. If the tapes have Macrovision encoding then the video could be unstable when trying to capture. However, Macrovision was an additional expense so it may be that these tapes don't have it.
