I am trying to create DVDs from my .TIVO files. I continue to run into system hangs while editing video and while editing chapters.

My drive has 200GB of free space and it is fully defragmented.

I have 2GB of memory.

What is your video card?  Do you have the latest drivers?  What program are you using to edit the videos/chapters?  You should start in VideoWave, then import into MyDVD to create the menus.  What version of the program do you have? (Deluxe, suite, or essentials?)  Some other computer specs wouldn't hurt either -- look at the guru's signatures, and post your specs in your signature similar to theirs.
