I continue to get null mixer errors while importing some of my .TIVO files. This will then be followed by other errors that are untitled and I won't be able to preview my video while trying to edit.

I know this is my third post, but I am starting to wonder if any of this software actually works as advertised.

Can I just get $100 from Roxio and call it quits?
