I have installed and reinstalled Creator 2012 several times to get access to Digitizing.  The option is on opening screen for a day or so, and then it (and several other options) disappear.  Of those that disappear, I can access all except Digitizing by expanding (All programs\
Roxio 2012\Applications). Need a way to access Digitizing.

Donagaines,

So you are saying that immediately after you install Creator 2012 all your options are there, but after a day or two several of them disappear? They all come back again if you reinstall?

That sounds as if you are using some sort of Registry or System cleaner which is removing the links the installer made. What programs do you run which might do that?

I don't see a link for "Digitizing". What is it called when it's there, please?

I think this is the one they are referring too:

If it 'disappears' from the Home Tab, that is understandable

The items on the Home Tab are dynamic. They get bumped off there as you use other program in the Suite, just like the Recent Files list many programs use ;)

Thanks Jim,

Donagaines, the application you're after is LpAndTapeAssistant13.

If it is just normally disappearing from the "Frequent Tasks" screen as Jim described, you should find it back on the Music/Audio sub-screen.

If you make a Desktop Shortcut to the executable file itself, you should be able to click on this icon Attached File  icon.jpg   3.29K   0 downloads to start the assistant directly.

On my machine [Win 7] it's located at "C:\Program Files\Roxio 2012\AudioCore\LpAndTapeAssistant13.exe" I can help further if you don't know how to make a shortcut.

Regards,
Brendon
