I have EMC8 Deluxe Suite. I heard that a DVD can be converted to PSP and IPOD format.
Now, in the Copy Disk, all I find in the drop-down list is DVD, Dvix and WMV9.

Thanks.

First use VideoWave to output that file to the format you want. In VideoWave, click on the 'reel" icon and use the drop down list for the output. Have you done that? Do you have your ipod/psp plugged in to your computer?

a. I've never thought one need VideoWave application to do this. b. I don't find "reel icon" at all. c. no ipod or psp pluged because I don't understand why I need to do this when I have a hard drive to save onto first then transfer the file.

By reading the manual and/or Help files, you can answer A & B yourself. Videowave can convert any acceptable video file into several iPod/PSP formats.

The 'Make Movie' Icon is over the preview to the left of the small Make DVD icon.

Really? Try it, and see if it works. You asked for help, and were offered solutions. It is up to you whether or not you try them.

That was obviously for the transfer from your computer to the device.
