When trying to start applications in Creator 2008, the following error message appears:

“The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please reinstall it.”

How can I get this resolved?  Thanks

Tina.

Hi, Tina, There is no Roxio Creator 2008.  There was Easy Media Creator 8 which was an old program.  You posted in the Easy  VHS to DVD .  I moved your post so you would get a more direct answer. Please let us know what you are really askign about and we can move it back or try to understand your problem.
