can anyone help me please i have roxio express labeler 3.2 i have had this for a while as i have a hp c5280 printer for printing cds, i loaded it the other day and when i went to import a background (basically a photo to print on to a cd as i have countless times) i got a message saying
access violation at address 7c9f2e92 in module shell32.dll. write of address 7c9f2e92, this stops me loading a picture from file as the program bombs out, can anyone solve this for me please, it has never happened before i have uninstalled it and then reinstalled but still getting the same problem, thank you for anyone who can help

mdas (aka Nylan) :   Are you sure about that second link?  That is an audio issue and not a printing issue.   DirectX 8 has nothing to do with it.  Roxio programs work with DirectX 9c -- at least those in the last 5 or 6 years.  How much computer knowledge do you have?  How much with Roxio products? If you are doing a search for the error, at least make it somewhat similar to the problem (printing vs audio)  You continue to post about stuff that you know nothing about.   Isn't there somethign in your country that you can do other than to mislead people?  Why did you change your name?

westyboy, do you have issues with another image or with opening images with other programs?   What format is the image and what is it's size if printed?
