Toast Titanium 9 Software Update

Question

I just upgraded my toast 9 software, and now it's asking for a product key. I no longer have my original, and roxio never emailed me a new one. Any suggestions? I cannot use the program now without this, as it is setting it up all over again.

When you say you upgraded your Toast 9 software what version were you using before? If it was any version other than Toast 9 then you can't run Toast 9 without having purchased a license for Toast 9. In other words, you can't upgrade from Toast 8 to Toast 9 without buying a new license, which is a problem because Roxio no longer sells Toast 9.

 

As for your original license key, if you registered your earlier Toast purchase on Roxio's site then it should show up in a list of your registered Roxio apps when you logged into your user account at roxio.com. If you didn't register then you need to keep track of it some other way.
