Roxio Customer Service Does Not Exist

I had to reinstall all software on my hard drive including Toast 10.  When I tried reinstalling your product that I paid $99.99 for as an online download is telling me I need to contact you.  It is not even asking for the serial number I have from time of purchase.  "Sorry, this pre-release version has expired.  Please contact Roxio for a release version or a new beta."

There are absolutely no support phone numbers or email addresses on this site.  Your reseller DRI has an automated phone number that directs customers back to this site and then hangs up on them.  No other means of contacting anyone except the forms on your website.

I filled out 4 forms on this site.  The first 2 forms wouldn't allow me to go any further because it wouldn't recognize my email, order number or password that are are your email to me accepting my payment.  When trying to set up a new account it refused me because my email was already in the system and I needed to pick a new password.  Then I found a form that didn't require my order number you no longer recognize.  I tried that one twice.  The send button causes the browser to hang without accepting the completed form.  

This is my last version of any of your products if you cannot resolve this issue.  Please remove my address from your promo mailing lists.

This is a bug in Toast 10 that we addressed in Toast 10.0.8 update.

- Removes erroneous pre-release message on launch


Please download the latest version of Toast 10 (10.0.9) from the link below and you should no longer encounter the issue.

I, too, am having a problem in that when I do the Mac version of Toast Titanium 10 install from the CD or from the Roxio site and try to insert my serial number nothing happens. Final line from Roxio is....If you did not purchase it from our store we can't replace the CD with one with another serial number. I've been a Toast user since at least Toast 4. Now, I'm looking for a new supplier.
