I had an older version that used to allow me to put audio and video/pictures onto a cdr.  I now have version Version: 10.3.106 and can't figure out how to do this.  can i not?

Bought a new Dell computer?  That  may be the OEM Dell puts onto it.  Is the program Easy Media Creator 10 or is it Creator 10.3.  Where did you get it?

The OEM Creator 10.3  is a cut down version and ALL support comes from Dell.  If it is Easy Media Creator 10, then please post your computer specs.

You posted in Creator 2010 which is a completely different animal. Is that what you have? Easy Media Creator 10 is not compatible with W7.  The other two are but we really need to find out more.

Perhaps this will answer your question anyway.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Scott,

I think what you're referring to is an Enhanced CD, like we used to be able to make with earlier versions such as Easy Cd Creator.

Unfortunately we haven't been able to do that for years, since Sonic bought the company and "simplified" Creator Classic by stripping out its audio capabilities.

Your OEM Creator 10.3 certainly won't do it. :(

Easy Media Creator 9 (Sonic) made the Multimedia Discs.  I don't have EMC 10 on my computer, so I am not sure if it was stripped from that version.

Scott,
I _do_ have EMC 10 running on my computer.

Don't be confused by the reference to EMC's MPV and/or HighMAT format discs, unless you have a player which supports those formats.
Even then, your OEM Creator 10.3 certainly won't do that, either.

I was very nicely pointing out that some of the software did/does have the capability to make Multimedia discs, after Sonic bought out Roxio.
