Keep getting pop-up to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9.  Presuming this is no longer a beta version, is there any reason not to upgrade?  Are there any real benefits to upgrade?  Currently, using IE7.
System Specs:
Win 7 Pro & Win XP Pro SP3
Intel Core i5-760, 2.8GHz CPU
4GB RAM
1TB Serial ATA HD
ATI Radeon HD 5670 Video Card, 1024MB Memory
Acer S201HL LED 20" Monitor
Seagate 1GB External Hard Drive
802.11 b/g/n Wireless Network

HP Pro Book: Intel i5, 2.60 GHz
Win 7 Pro
4GB Ram
1TB HDD

I'd hold off for a while yet. There have been a number of complaints about things like the video trim function ceasing to work, which have been attributed to "upgrading" to I.E.9.

Check on forum topics about the trim function if you want details.

...and yet, not ONE Guru here has ever seen those symptoms and IE9 has been out for almost a year now :lol:

One guru has and confirmed it on his computer.  That's why   I am   he is using IE 8 !  Posted Image
