Keep getting pop-up to upgrade to Internet Explorer 9. Presuming this is no longer a beta version, is there any reason not to upgrade? Are there any real benefits to upgrade? Currently, using IE7.

I'd hold off for a while yet. There have been a number of complaints about things like the video trim function ceasing to work, which have been attributed to "upgrading" to I.E.9.
