how do you burn to an .iso file

If you right click on the file the top line in the box that pops up should say burn with Disc Copier.Click it and Disc Copier will open.Put in a blank disc and hit Copy Now.
If I read this wrong and you're trying to make a .iso file,when you hit burn uncheck the box next to your DVD drive and check the one that says Save disc image file.
