I have a camera who save movies on dvd, and when i want to import my video I choose my drive d: and the software stay on home page.

You did not provide us with enough information. Did you finalize the disc in your camera?
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
