Have windows media player 9 and thought Roxio was with it too but when I go to copy some tracks onto a CD it comes up with the message "The Easy CD Creator burning engine was not found on your system.  Would you like to download and install it?" When I click Yes it takes me to the Roxio site to purchase the software but at a great price.  Am I doing something wrong?? I thought Roxio came with WMP!

Have Windows ME.

not the most technically minded so any help would be aprpeciated

T

If it's of any use Roxio doesn;t appear on my add/remove programs menu

Roxio does not come with WMP.
The basic OEM version sometimes comes with a NEW burner and sometimes when you purchase a new computer. The full retail version has to be purchased.
