looking for input related to issue where I am recently getting pop up regarding configuring process for HP Digital Media Archive which cannot seem to locate the installation package EZARC.msi

Seems it may be related to sonic my dvd which was part of roxio and now part of rovi

is there a fix update solution for this besides removing via msconfig?

Did your HP PC come with a Roxio OEM product installed?

Sonic bought Roxio then Rovi bought Sonic/Roxio but that isn't the issue!

Your PC is a HP?

It came with what Sonic/Roxio program, name please?

Because it is a OEM you need to contact the PC manufacturer that bundled the free software with your PC.
