1. I use .MOV movie files and the video clips seem to jump around and lose audio, do you know how to fix this?
2. I was wondering where you can get fire, rain, smoke effects?

Without knowing more details about these MOV clips, pretty hard to say... Where did they come from?

What are their Properties - Resoultion, Frame rate, Encoding rate (mbps)?
