DVDitPROHD:  I have owned this program for 3 years and now it requires activation! It is completely impossible to activate and support staff will not help me. They send me stupid instructions over and over again. DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I have spend $700 on a product and upgrade that are now completely useless to me. AND NOBODY WILL SEND ME A NEW PRODUCT AND SERIAL
