I just got a new PC that runs Windows 7 and includes Roxio. I am having a difficlut time transfer video from my camcorder, do I not have the full verison?

If it came free with the new PC pre-installed?
It is called a OEM version from the PC manufacture.
Most OEM's are a teaser version and have limited functionality!

Hi. You can also call the PC support and they should be able to explain you its functionality. I worked with ASUS once and this is part of our job.
