Previously, I have seen that you post help, quite often in the German forums. Contact Roxio, and ask them to set up the new forum.
In the past, Lynn98109 was the person who always contacted Roxio with requests or problems, with the German forums. Unfortunately, she was booted from the Roxio forums awhile back.
