I have emailed Roxio 7 times and got no response. I called twice the number listed and it is an endless loop that drops you. I ordered their LP to MP3 program but their page crashed. So I ordered it again. Before I know it I received 2 emails confirming my order. I immeditely weht to their cancel order section buy got no responsse from them. I have tried and tried to get a response from them but they do not answer their email and phoning this company is out of the question. Does anybody know how to get through to these people so I can get a refund on this duplicate order that I feel was not my fault. I need my money back. They don't seem to be treating their customers right. I will think long and hard before I buy another product from ROXIO.
