Hello all, I'm new to the community and have had some Roxio products in the past and all worked fine. Now I have easy vhs to dvd and I've hit a snag.                                              I installed easy vhs to dvd on my desktop (Dell Inspiron 530 with windows 7) and I have video but no sound. I'm using an Emerson video cassette recorder / dvd player (model#EWD2004) and using the tape side.
Hooked it up to a T.V. to test it before hooking it up to the computer and it worked fine.
Any and all info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is the audio out on the Emerson unit connected on the DVD/VCR Output jack?.
