When I try to play the disc on PC Laptop, the window opens with a note in the middle NO PREVIEW - The slideshow is not working. What could be wrong? Many thanks.

Just to clarify: The photos are in folders ex: 102_BUTTERFLIES. Just in case it makes a difference. The disc plays well on my Mac
